Addressing Workforce Challenges: AGC New Mexico Supports Be Pro Be Proud Initiative

In the construction industry, one of our most significant challenges today is the shortage of skilled and available workforce. AGC New Mexico recognizes this pressing issue and proudly stands behind the Be Pro Be Proud initiative, a vital public-private partnership to address this issue head-on.

Our goal is clear: to bridge gaps, expand the labor force, and transform perceptions surrounding the construction industry, making it an attractive career option for all individuals. We firmly believe that Be Pro Be Proud will be pivotal in achieving this objective.

We extend a big thank you to all the partners involved in this initiative. Your dedication and collaboration are invaluable as we work together to tackle this industry-wide challenge.
