Fostering an environment that is welcoming and inclusive to all individuals is essential to achieving our mission and places our members in a position to contribute to the industry’s future success.

AGC fully embraces diversity within its membership by providing leadership development and career advancement opportunities to all individuals who work in the construction industry, and business development and growth opportunities for all construction companies through education and networking.  

AGC of America Diversity & Inclusion Council 

AGC welcomes all members and chapter staff who have an interest in construction industry diversity & inclusion issues to join the Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Council. The D&I Council enables AGC members to connect with each other, keep pace with the latest construction D&I developments and participate in developing and driving association D&I initiatives. General council membership requires no commitment to attend meetings or serve on working groups, but it ensures prompt notification of such opportunities when they arise.
