With a steady economic outlook and a growing shortage of skilled workers, it is more important than ever to understand the current compensation within the industry. Your participation will help us develop a valuable analytical tool for your use. 

AGC New Mexico is focused on developing tools that matter to you, the survey provides:
  •  Comprehensive salary and benefits data for executive, management, financial, administrative, and field personnel
  •  Salary differentials for revenue size and geographic regions 
  •  Benefits and salary packages for the construction industry
With confidentiality in mind, contact information is NOT required during the process of data entry.  Once the survey data is submitted, you will be redirected to a separate confirmation page to provide your contact information.  Your response will earn you a complimentary copy of the survey results, just complete the Confirmation Page that appears after your survey submission. Please complete this 30-minute survey by May 29, 2018 June 13, 2018 .  The survey link will be closed after that time.  The responses will be compiled and the results issued in July.
