Best BuildingsOctober 26, 2009 AGC-New Mexico Building Branch invites you to the 21st annual Best Buildings Celebration, to be held Saturday, March 13th 2010, at the Isleta Resort & Casino. The committee is working diligently to ensure this celebration will once again be an unforgettable event. Last year, there were nearly 500 construction professionals, public & private owners and educators in attendance. The AGC Best Buildings contest is one of New Mexico's highly respected construction industry recognition events. Unlike most building award contests, the Best Buildings nominees are judged on the complexity of the construction process and challenges such as budget, site constraints, schedule, and project delivery method. We know that AGC members are constructing the Best Buildings in New Mexico, and this event provides an opportunity to celebrate that excellence. This premier awards celebration is an opportunity for owners, contractors, architects and community leaders to meet socially and celebrate their collective contributions to the built environment. You are also encouraged to increase your business development opportunities by inviting prospective clients as guests. No other construction association invests more resources, time, money and effort in industry issues than AGC. From our advocacy in the public arena and pursuit for safety excellence, to our efforts of improving the business environment for all, AGC works together with its member firms to build organizations that will prosper long into the 21st century and beyond. Your support, in both attendance and sponsorship, helps the association to continue developing solutions to various and increasing challenges facing the commercial construction profession. The proceeds from the event enable AGC-NM Building Branch to be instrumental in advancing our strategic goals. We also encourage you to use this event as a way to reward your project teams for a job well done. Attached you will find the Best Buildings Entry Form along with the rules and criteria. Your participation is what makes AGC the organization it is. Please feel free to contact Kelly Roepke at the AGC office, 842-1462, reception@agc-nm.org if you have any questions. We look forward to your support. Sincerely,
